I would suggest you study as much as you possibly can, and then study some more! If you fall behind it can be very hard to get back up to speed. However make sure that you take the time to practice and "rehearse" for the practical scenarios. In my class some of the students who were doing well academically could not assess a patient for the life of them. And they tended to make silly mistakes, for instance on guy that forgot to put 02 on a pt during our final practical exams.
It can be tough, our class had a 50% fail rate. But if you work hard you will be fine.
