NYC Newly Certified EMT

I just received my EMT certification like the other 1000s of people in NYC. Im trying to make myself more marketable. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was in the military for 4 yrs and participated in the haiti relief efforts. Im also enrolled in the paramedic program in one of the colleges in NYC.

Make a really good resume and cover letter. Don't forget to put the military and the time given toward the Haiti relief.
