I'm basically at the end of my EMT-B course so I've been using JB Learning to study so far, but I've been noticing recurring questions during their practice tests. Is there a better way to prepare for the actual test?

Nah. Just keep learning the basic concepts for why some answers are better than others. You may have to select more questions per category if you keep seeing the same ones.

If I recall, when I used JB Learning I just added every single question and did them all in a row, making my own flashcards for questions I got wrong so I could review them again later. That insures there are no repeats.

JBLearning is a great tool nonetheless. If not, the best. I recommend using that and put a lot of emphasis on reading your book and making flashcards on subjects you are not so keen on.
