Nremt cpr/aed

Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to take my NREMT on Wednesday. I've been taking practice tests online and all seem to have a different takes on proper CPR Procedures, AED, Downtime, etc. I was wondering if anyone knows exactly what the NREMT is looking for. Thanks!

No one knows exactly what they are looking for, it's an adaptive test. NREMT has a base of about 3,500 questions from what I understand and it gauges what question to give you based on responses to previous questions.

I just took it a couple of months ago and don't recall any questions regarding CPR or AED.

Are you referring to practicals? If so, remember you are only there to manage and apply AED. It is your responsibility to make sure you ask questions about the event and quality of CPR, Make sure everyone is clear for analyze and shock and direct all efforts. It is also your responsibility to ensure the correct transition sequence.
