NREMT cert state cert?

Iam in southern california i took my NREMT test passed it I received my card and my National EMT certification, where do i get my state licence from? is that from another test? I'd appreciate it if anyone could guide me into the correct path here, thanks.
 
In some counties you have to take an expanded cert class and in other counties you don't have to.

To get your state card you have to go to your local county EMS officer and apply from there and pay the fees.

You'll need the OC Accred if you want to work for most ambulance companies in orange county
