I'm completing my training in 2 weeks and I want to know where I can look up the testing sites for the EMT-B state exam.

Google is not being my friend with this one.

Thanks.

Yes, I can't find anything there (unless I'm just not looking in the right places, which could totally be a possibility).

The old NJ OEMS site was much more user friendly than the one they have now.

I looked through it and they no longer seem to have a list of the upcoming tests. Best bet is to either contact one of the training sites and see if they have the info you need, or contact OEMS directly (which is never fun).

Also, did you try the EMS Cert pages that we all get now? You will need your ID number & PW (which you should have been given when you began training).

If this doesn't work, PM me. I had a buddy just go through the same thing and I can always reach out to him and find out how he found the training sites.

You have to go to NJOEMSCERT.com log in with your ID# and password> Go to my courses> instructor led courses to see if the system has registered you as completing your basic course> if so, go to communications> then to ILT Calendar > then, this is the tricky part, as you have to go through each day looking for the EMT-B exam #001, which takes place from 6-9 in the evening.

At least that's the way I did it 3 weeks ago when i signed up for the test.

Thanks! That worked. Looks like I'm waiting until January to take a test that's remotely close to where I live.
