Posting questions or answers that are directly from a test.
Telling people where to go to find the answers to a test.
Telling people how to "beat the system" in regards to a test.
Last warning. After this infractions will be issued.
Does the NIMs suck? Yes it does but you don't get to cheat just because a test sucks. We are a profession, let's act like professionals.
I needed to take 100, 200, 700 and 800 to maintain an officer position. Agencies here are starting to look at 100 and 200 as minimum for all... we'll see where that goes.
While boring, it can be useful if the situation presents itself. If you are prior military, a lot of the info should be just a review for you since you've already been exposed to command structures.
