Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself and say thank you to everyone who posts on here. I have just spent a few hours reading different threads and it has enlightened me to how little I know. I have been an EMT for a few years, just haven't been practicing. I am going in for a written test for a local EMS provider and thought I would do some studying and catching up. Thanks again and I look forward to reading and posting more!

Isn't that such a frigtening but amazing feeling? Frightening in the fact the fact that you don't know near enough, and you realize that although you may gain more knowledge you'll never know enough. Also amazing when you start to read and educate yourself and the little pieces that you do know and understand start to piece together.

I had that "Oh my god!" moment a couple weeks ago.
