New Massachusetts EMT's plz help

Hi,
I got my NREMT card and certificate a few days ago, I scanned the card and emailed it to OEMS and I am wondering how long will it take for me to receive my MA cert in the mail? The letter I got said I can't work in MA till I get the certificate, so I am putting off applying anywhere till I get it. So this is why I am asking because I had to wait 12 weeks for the results of my practical through MA and I hope it won't be the same lengthy process for the certification. Thanks very much!!!

I don't know how it is since the transition since I got my license from the state exam (issued same day as test by PSI), but last I knew OEMS was under staffed and everything moved at a glacial pace.

I am also curios on this. I just passed my basic on the 17th and I do not know where to go from here. I emailed my instructor, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet!
