New certifiend EMT

Hello all,

I recently became certified as an EMT-B and I cannot find job anywhere! I live in the Tampa area in florida. I need the job to obtain patient contact hours for PA school by next year!! Anyone know where can I apply and if there are any HR team member here of any ambulance companies or hospitals...please e-mail me of any job opportunities you may know of.

I'm in your position basically. I'm on my way to my A-EMT and I hear it's really hard to get a paid job as a basic. At least that's how it is in Georgia. Good luck though!

your best bet is finding a rural ems service that pays or volunteer and get a full time job in the medical field that is entry level like care giving.
