Need to find an Orange County Expanded Scope course

Can't seem to find a place in Orange County, CA that offers the expanded scope class unless I wait until May. Does anyone in California know of any places that are offering one before May but aren't advertising it very well or is the class a seasonal gig?

I'm not sure when they are providing them, but here's a listing of all of the places that are currently licensed to run the expanded scope course.
