I am having trouble trying to understand exactly what I need in order to renew my FL emt for the first time -i understand its different each renewal -im not sure if and when i need the refresher course and the ce's -the fl dept of health told me that for my first renewal my actual exam counted as my ce's so i didnt need to do anything except pay the fees-and then the next renewal i need to do the refresher-after that its just 30 ce's a renewal-every time i call them they contradict themselves and i want to do the right thing to keep my certification-are there any FL emt's who have renewed before that can give me advice??
