Need Advice On Virginia hospitals

Hey,
A good friend and his wife are heading to Alexandria VA shortly. She needs recommendations for a good hospital in that area for cancer treatment and related emergencies.

Any advice from anyone in that area?

I'm confused, are you looking for info on hospitals to receive treatment or is your friend seeking employment at a hospital?
 
My apologies if I wasn't clear. I'm looking for information on what hospitals offer the best treatment for my friend who is a cancer patient. She is not seeking employment, she is looking for advice on what hospital to go to and I know we often have the best advice.

Cancer Treatment Centers of America, the one in Tulsa rocks.
 
Probably not the VA system brother...look at real hospitals unless the current treatment is adequate.
 
I cant speak specifically to their cancer treatment abilities, but Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington and Fairfax hospital are both top notch facilities.

Well gee, I sure hope the Veteran hospital in San Diego is real, I am scheduled for surgery on April 12...:sad:

Well, good luck...William Beaumont VA hospital literally smells like pee and loks like the Tower of Terror

The San Diego VA is nothing like you have described. It seems pretty nice, but they might be an exception to the norm?

My medical care at the VA is free so I can't complain...

I think very highly of the VA System, but there are a few VA medical centers you hear bad things about.
