Im doing the North Hollywood emt B course through NCTI anybody experience this place before and have anything good to say?

I don't know much about their Emt-B programs - but the Paramedic program down here is good if you have a large amount of money and want to guarantee a pass. This is just second hand info - but it is sort of their reputation.

ncti is not a guaranteed pass. I went to NCTI-riverside and felt they are very fair with the testing. no curves, no questions thrown out, and a set grade scale (90,80,70, ect). we had 2 fail out due to low GPA, 4 fail out for the final (passing being 75%), and 2 fail final skills, all this from a class of 25. now before you go and say that is an instructional mistake, i will say this only one of those was a surprise, and only one of them ever asked for help.
anyway, I dont know about their hollywood campus, all they teach there is EMT. i can tell you though that if you can walk and chew bubble gum you can be an EMT in LA/OC, rubbing your tummy is a paramedic skill.:sad:

So far so good over here at Hollywood. Like you said. Set grading scale and its fair. The instructors are awsome!. These are the guys you can call at 3am in the morning with questions. As long as you seek help with what your having trouble with you will do fine.
