I've seen drunks dispatched as Bravo Overdoses (Dont have my handbook in front of me for the codes)

Ideally overdose card is the most appropriate choice if you have the information. Like Dr. Parasite said, there is no intoxication code, I think the code I usually end up with is either something to do with vomiting or no other applicable codes. I've never seen a reasoning on it, but it probably has to do with the ability to mistake other medical issues for intoxication.
