Name change

So my name is correct on the website but I was about to set up an appointment to take the test and it said my name had to be exactly the same as my ID, and I only put my first last name. Would they allow it if my second last name doesn't appear on the form but it appears on my ID? If Not how do I fix it the fastest?

Yeah, contact them. They are usually pretty good at answering questions and getting you through it.
