Motrin and Robitussin Adverse Drug Reaction

So a few times i saw floating around the internet, a warning of a small child that took these two drugs together and it caused a sudden cardiac arrest because of the reaction. None of what i saw was from credible medical sites and I can't really find other info about it. Has anyone heard of this?
 
Robitussin is a narcotic and can cause respiratory depression. That would be my guess. I don't know about any interactions between the two.
 
Only robitussin DAC has a narcotic in it. AC might as well but OTC robitussin does not.

I've never heard of a narcotic rovitussin... Just otc. Now I need to look it up ;)
