Hi everyone,

I just got my EMT-B certification and I was hoping to find a job at MedStar. I looked on their website for an application, but it says there are no openings at the time and you can only apply for open jobs. Does anyone know how often they go through an emt hiring cycle, or is it possible to go to their office and fill out an application in person?
I don't know... do they even hire people without any previous experience or should I go look elsewhere?

They only take applications when they are getting ready to hire. They won't take unsolicited applications at any time. Hiring is hard to say. Just keep your eye open. But in the meantime apply at any EMS service in the area. As a new basic you probably shouldn't be too picky
