I just finished EMT school and taking the national test in two weeks. I really want to work for MedStar in Ft. Worth, Texas. Does anyone have any thoughts on what the preemployment test is like? Does anyone work there? If so, how do you like it?

First, you'll do an online "agree/disagree" test. After that, you'll do an online knowledge test. If EMT is anything like the medic one, you'll feel stupid after it due to physician level questions.

Then you'll do your in-person interviews, one being the interpersonal one where you get the generic "Who are you" type of questions, and the other being the knowledge one, further gauging your abilities.

No skills test.
