Hi everyone! I just got a call today to come in for an interview on Wednesday! This will be my first job interview ever so im a little nervous. Also the fact thy i am only 18 doesn't make it easier for me either. Has anyone interviewed with them at all can tell me something's they will ask? Or what to expect? They said it would be a panel interview and thats what's freaking me out the most! thanks everyone!

I just did my interview with them the other day. After the interview i had to complete a written exam of 50 questions (multiple choice). The next test in the process is the lift test. Will be performing that this week, after i got the phone call from HR that Ill be moving through the hiring process. I asked if I was successful on my interview and written exam and they said "Yes."

My panel interview was HR and Ops Manager. There is suppose to be three consisting of HR Ops. Manager and Field Supervisor, but the FS was on a run. So, I had a two person panel interview.
 
I had my interview last wednesday! Super weird since they didn't asks me one question about me so it was pretty hard for me to brag about the things I have done, all they asked me was "tell me about a situation where you ha to deal with an emotional person" or "tell me about a time where you had to turn down taking and order and what were your morals". I left feeling like I failed at life since it was hard for me to think of stories :unsure: hahaha but I got the call I Monday telling me to come in tomorrow morning for a "lift test" and to ring my certs and proof of employment etc. So I'm pretty we both got it :) congrats!

How long after applying in person did it take for them to call you in for an interview?
 
My Interview was the following day. During the summer time, there was a shortage on employees. When was your interview and who did it?
