I would also like to add, our ePCRs have dropdown boxes. And the terms are in plain english. Which makes it alot easier for everyone to understand in the event it goes to court. The main purpose of the PCR is to properly document the care and treatment your pt received. And that is to CYA in the event litigation becomes imminent.
