Last time I interviewed (a year ago) the starting was 10.00 (which is pretty standard)
I've heard it hasn't changed. When I'm out in the field I tend to bug a lot of companies about that just to keep up in the news. I really loved MedCoast HR lady, she's a blast! But I hear you never see her and everyone else is a bit more stiff than her as far as personality goes. I've heard that 3/3 rigs, too but who knows.
Good luck! They seem like a decent company from afar
Edit; My bad, didn't answer your other question. They have 12's and 24's last time I asked. But like most companies getting into a 24 is kinda hard. I heard rumor they might have 9 hr shifts. Hey, go for an interview! It really doesn't hurt.
Be advised they have a pre-test before you interview. It's all pretty easy stuff though so don't worry. A hint to the last questions of whether billing or field work is more important? It's both
