Looking for some feedback re: Royal vs. NorCal in the East Bay.

Hey guys!

So I just scheduled interviews for next week with Royal and NorCal and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them. I know the saying 'apply everywhere' and believe me I did. I'm just excited to even get one let alone TWO interviews.

Any thoughts on either?
Royal is looking the best to me right now.

I don't know specifics, but from what I've heard everyone loves and is happy at Royal.

One thing I like about NorCal Ambulance is they have electronic gurneys.

I think pay is about the same for both, around $10/hours with small call bonuses (like $2-$3/call)?

I haven't interacted much with NorCal employees, but I have met a lot of people that worked at Royal Ambulance, and they seem to like it there.
