Hi Everybody,
My wife and I are possibly making a move from Detroit to either Phoenix or Tucson. I am looking for some info on job prospects in each area, and maybe a neighborhood of what we can expect for wages, and how the quality / cost of life there is. Below is our quals, and want to see what there is to see.
Me
Paramedic (already have AZ license), 3 years as a medic, 2 more as a basic. ACLS, BLS, 6 months experience as an ER tech (I work both the road and ER)
Wife
EMT-Basic (Should be a medic by the time we move), 8 years as a basic, 3 years as a dispatcher. Has FF I & II but has never worked on a department
Any info that anyone could pass along would be greatly appreciated!
