Hi- Here is my Dillema -
I work 2pm - 10pm...(Fri thru Tue)
Is there ANY EMT basic schools I could go to in the morning? I have been searching on the internet and all the schools i have found have students attending all day classes or evening classes.
I have to work. But I REALLY want to get my EMT and eventually Paramedic classes....Does anyone out there know of any morning classes in the greater DFW area? Or - any online classes (i know you cant do it all online but maybe part of the course?) And if i do attend online classes for part of the course....is that a bad thing? Would prospective employer see that as a disadvantage?
One more question since I am asking... Is a new EMT graduate that is 36 years old a bad thing? I mean i know most graduates are just out of high school....Do I even have a chance of getting hired if Im pushing 40?
I would greatly appreciate any input or advice.
Thank you sooo much!!!!! ^_^
