Longest shift, mood on shift and stress

Lot's of serious stuff in this thread...take control and don't be a victim. Survival is really easy...maintain friendships/activities completely disconnected from the job...moderate aerobic exercise 4-6 times/week, aggressive, deliberate time management...ie, make most of your kid's basketball games no matter what...the job is not a religion....things getting too heavy? Peer support, chaplain, the Virgin Islands....take care, y'all...it's doable....
