Local CERT going to go online, any suggestions?

They are going for a bulletinboard format sort of like CERT LA. I've suggested they look at it, and at EMTLIFE for role modeling. Any suggestions for them or anyone else? What do we do that drives y'all crazy, or which you find most satisfying as webmasters?

The fire dept IT dept took it in hand and did what they wanted, still evolving. I'll slide you an URL if it gets off it's hands and knees. NO forum or interactive area.
