I have it uploaded, I think it is set as my profile picture though.. I cannot find anything that even says avitar picture.. any ideas?

Your avatar has to be a pretty small file. I think the limit is 60k. Sorry beyond that I got nothing.

Can you tell me where I go to upload it?

Go to user CP in your profile then go to edit avatar on the left. Then you just upload it like any other photo.
