I dearly apologize for making this a topic even though I searched and there was already a thread made about MedicWest but I also didnt wanna be 'that guy' who posted and asked questions on a topic that had been dead for almost a year.

I'm going into my last months of Paramedic school. I'm getting my Associates of Applied Science with my major being EMT-P here in Oregon. I've been looking into maybe trying to get on with MedicWest or AMR or wherever I can in the LV area and had a few questions.

Now does anyone know of the reciprocity for these Services? Like will I need to go through some special process before even applying for a EMT-P position?

Also with those of you who work for MedicWest or AMR, are they usually open to hiring 'fresh out of medic school' medics? And would there be a problem with my age? I'm only 20 and don't turn 21 till February of next year. At some places here you are required to be 21 to be put on the departments insurance and be a driver.

Any of answers or even advice would be outstanding to hear. Thanks.
