100K seems pretty reasonable for the owner of a smaller ambulance company. As long as he isn't breaking laws, it's up to him how much he wants for himself and how much to invest in the company. He started the company FOR himself in the first place, I'm assuming. Also depends how small? like 4 ambulance or 10 ambulances? Makes a difference.
Also, you want to see ambulance companies on that list. It means they're applying to be legal. The ones you want to avoid are the ones who aren't on the list OR previously certified.
