I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with the case, but it received national news several times over the past two years.

Super Bowl Sunday 2004, 11 year old Carlie Brucia was kidnapped as she walked home and was later raped and murdered. One of the reasons why it made national headlines was becaue the kidnapping was caught on tape at the car wash where she was abducted.

Just moments ago the jury came back from sentencing deliberations and sentenced him to death. YAY!

setenced to death means he prolly gets 30 years death row until plea bargains run out... want my imput on how it is? the judge and jury sentence to death the bailiff pulls his gun...end of story.....

why waste the gov funding on keeping a death sentenced man alive on deathrow when you KNOW they are guilty??and then the night before execution the man slits his wrist they are required to allow him to heal before they cn RESCHEDULE... what happened to the good old days where you merely hung an SOB for his crimes?? an 11 year old child... it is amazing how freaking sick someone can be..
