Does anybody know about any jobs for the Chicago or Northwest Indiana area for EMT basic training? Any help is appreciated!!

You mean to help teach? I know in NM to teach the class you have to be at least an EMT-I and have an instructor certification.

No, I'm looking for a job as an EMT B in Northwest Indiana or Chicago area

Call around to different ambulance companies in those areas ask if they're hiring. If they are then go put in an application ASAP! If they say there just excepting applications go put an application in ASAP! Then after you do that give it a week, call them to check up on your application and if they are hiring, if they so no were not hiring yet say "ok thank you so much for your time." Call back a week or two later ask the samething. Be persistant, but not annoying. Once in awhile pop in and say HI to them introduce your self and why you are there, you never know they may take that as wow he really wants this job, when we decide to hire lets give him a call. You never know what could happen.
