Interviewing on Wednesday March 11th. Need some advice.

I have a job interview with a fairly large private ambulance service based out of northern Indiana. Does anyone have any tips to make a good impression? What is a standard aptitude test like? What should I expect so far as skills testing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
