I came across this in JEMS today:

It illustrates a device that creates a “virtual valve” that allows for negative pressure and results in uninterrupted compressions while improving “dynamic alveolar ventilation”. The article goes on to cite that while this isn’t available in the US yet it is being used in Europe and Canada. Are there any providers from either region that can share their thoughts and experiences using this device as part of their airway management/continuous oxygen delivery during cardiac resuscitation?
