Came across this case review of a 32y/o male experiencing an inferior wall MI w/ RV involvement. Thought is was a good case review of the patient with highlights on treating inferior wall MI's.

I was actually researching the specific cause and prevalence of nausea and vomiting in the inferior wall MI patient. If anyone has any info to share on N&V and specifics to assessing and treating inferior MI's share away.
