Illinois Ambulance Driver license

Hey all,

I am going to be moving from Ca to Illinois in January. I haven't gotten my ambulance driver license from Ca, but I was wondering if I should even bother getting it if I have to go through the same process in IL. Does anyone know, because I was thinking about just holding off on it until I get to illinois? I went online and it says IL doesn't require a special license... Are they both just the written exams?

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Most states do not have an ambulance drivers license... So you should be ok waiting
