I need some help here guys and girls. I have been lucky enough to land an interview with a 911 provider next week. In preparing for this interview I am doing the usual city protocal refresh, and skills. I am also practicing typical questions, such as why are you leaving company x, why do u want to work for us, my strengths/weakness/why EMS etc. That's straight-forward stuff.

I have been trying to get in the head of the interviewers and here is where I need some help.

What questions would you ask me as a 6 month IFT emt-1?
I can tell you I think my limited code experience is obvious, but so is everyone else at some point right?

I look at this as a huge opportunity because these jobs in my city are beyond scarce. I'd especially appreciate the opinions of those of you who had a similar path to mine and those of you that have done hiring.

May I ask what company it is for?

Couple questions I was asked were :

When have you gone above and beyond for a patient?
When did you have to work with someone you didn't like and how did you deal with it?
How do you deal with on-duty arguments with co-workers?
When was there a time when you had to sacrifice something?


I was never asked scenario questions, but these were a couple of the questions they asked me.
