Okay I failed 2 emt classes in one year. Yeah , to top it off , I failed both of the finals by a point . I have great luck , I know . I HAVE TAKEN CLASSES AT CIEMT AND LOS ANGELES VALLEY COLLEGE . I need a accelerated emt class preferable 7-10 week. I know its not recommended , but im ready for the damn nremt , ive been refreshing and expanding my knowledge sense I failed my last class . Coast is very important ,

Thank you for helping me in my time of need . I haven't been able to find anything

I'd suggest going through a reputable program at the regular pace. This one looks impressive: http://www.wlac.edu/alliedhealth/emt/index.html.

Good luck!

I would be insane if I gave up on this class. As I said I am ready and prepared. Thanks for trying to help, but my price range is from 0-$250

Not to seem rude... but if you've failed your EMT course twice at two different schools, what makes you feel that you are ready and prepared to take the national exam? I know you said you've expanded upon your knowledge since your most recent failure... but if you failed two courses that offered hands on instruction, how do you feel that learning on your own has better prepared you?

My opinion is that you need to either find another field of work, or start over and take a regular length course. If you can't pass a third course, you might just have to face the fact that this isn't the right career choice for you.

Good luck with whatever course of action you choose to take.

You most likely won't find an accelerated course for $250. Most of those courses are run by private agencies

I also think that $250 is a bit hopeful, but see what you can find!
Good luck!

You can have fast or cheap, not both.

You all are completely right , I did some research and spoke to a few a chiefs that I know , and was advised to join a fire academy that includes emt training . I am going to apply for the academy and hope they accept my application. Ive all ready accumulated enough fire tech classes to be accepted . Hopefully with my letters of recommendation and essay I will be accepted and be able to move from the hole ive dugg my self into . Thank you for the help guys .
