Depending on what AMR division you applied for, you may not have a skills test. Normaly it's 1 or 2 interviews, a skills test if that division uses it, and then 2 week orientation if you get hired.

Yeah, it really varies by division. Here it was Written test, Interview, Physical Fitness test, Drug Screen, 40 hours Orientation, FTO Ride outs, Protocols Test, then your actual start date on a truck.
