I think my biggest suggestion is to review the EMT-B National Standard Curriculum http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/people/injury/ems/pub/emtbnsc.pdf
It is really important to read this because ALL of the questions are based on this standard curriculum. Reviewing this document definitely helped me to prepare when I took the test last month.
When you take the test just remember to relax. Read all of the other posts on the NREMT-B to help get you ready. The challenge of the test is choosing the right answer when none of the answer really seem correct. If you have been doing the reading and paying attention in class you should do fine.
