Hi, I'm a medic in AZ and looking to move back to CA. With that being said I have plenty of experience but I tend to get looked over because I'm terrible at job interviews. So does anyone have any advice like what questions they usually ask, how to answer the questions, and what are good questions to ask the interviewer to make myself look good and find out about the company. Any imput from people who conduct interviews would be great.
