Without a clean NC DL your options are likely only ED based. I don't know if Onslow Memorial takes EMT's as ED Tech's, but it is worth checking out. Sometimes urgent cares and MD offices will use EMT's as nurse's aides; a number of our volunteers (I'm in Leland) do that as a day job.

Wilmington's two ED's (New Hanoven) use EMT's who are ED Tech's...but we're unfortunately a 1.5 hour drive away. Pitt Memorial is the same way.
