Disclosure: I am a paramedic working in South Florida who has actively been using the Handtevy System for the last 2 years. My department completely replaced the Broselow System with the Handtevy System. I also work with the Handtevy Company in helping EMS/Hospital systems adopt the Handtevy System due to its enormous benefits, and to be quite frank... amazing outcomes.
