Guidelines for fluid use in trauma-Whole blood/packcells/FFP/Saline resuscitation

Just wondering what guidelines are in place for fluid replacement.

Are Hgb levels/MAP/Minimum systolic pressures used as targets?

What protocols are used eg. 2 packed to 1 FFP....

Either.

I do transports from small hospitals/D&T centers along with pre-hospital response's. If mechanism for pre-hospital suggests I will often pick up O neg before departure.

Also have onboard ISTAT so do check ABG/Chemistry/Hgb enroute to trauma center.
