ok so Im not her to hurt anyones feeling or bash but this is my experience with guardian ems in an interview.
I showed up 15 minutes early and waited to be interviewed. I was called in and sat down to discuss my experience, goals, etc. common interview questions. Things started to go from open minded to not good. these are some things that disturbed me:
* pay with seven years in service with 911- starting Paramedic;12.00hr.
* Didnt know if there was a personnel review for raises/discplinary actions.
*Bragged about how many people he fires monthly (seriously):glare:
*The original supervisor I talked to who was telling me how great it was there was also fired within a week of me talking to him.
* Supervisor in 911 is a basic. (I personally feel basics shouldnt supervise paramedics due to the fact they're not qualified ,,,as say someone who has more schooling and more responsiblity)<<my opinion only
PS- I was offered a position..not too sure though
