Got my books the other day!

So I got my books the other day, and I am really excited! I can't wait for the class to start, I have already started reading the first few chapters... One of the books I got is BLS for Healthcare Providers, it's just the cpr manual. So its a review for me, afte I got it I re-read it. :P
 
Awesome dude... nice to see your enthusiasm... That's a good idea to pre-read the first few chapters and review the CPR part as well.

Good luck with your endeavors in EMS!

Thanks man, I just really want to help people, and I feel that I can this way.
 
It's definitely a great start... read and study as much as you can and totally immerse yourself in the field.
 
Just read as much as you can and don't stop with what is contained within your textbook. If a concept isn't fully explained by ur book or instructor, go online and research it further. Have a good understanding of all the concepts and treatment modalities required to be an EMT-B. If you ever have any questions no matter how seemingly elementary, come here and ask and someone will be able to help ya out.

Stay focused and apply yourself and u will do fine and become a great EMT.

lol, thanks for the advice guys, n7lxi says that I should start researching medic schools, anyone from arizona have any suggestions or anywhere else?(I would prefer to move hate it here) and of course I will check google, just want personal opinions as well.
