Freaking out about NREMT EMT-B test

Just took the nremt test... Felt like there was a lot on there that I didn't learn in my class! Went all the way to question 120 and seeing a lot of people are passing around 70.... Any thoughts?

I felt the same way. Went to 120 on my NREMT-B, didn't have a clue whether I passed it or not. I did pass it.

Remember that it's an adaptive test, so as you get questions right, it gets harder.
