Flashing red alarm on Lifepak 15

this was a first one for me on our lifepak 15, both the Pulse ox and Spo2 were flashing red and had an audible alarm, just wondering what that means.

yes that was it!

so we printed out the event Log sheet and It was accidentally turned on.
