FL EMT-B Endorsements/Specialties?

Hello,

I'm not sure if there is already a thread for this, but I was curious if there are any further endorsements or specialty certifications that an EMT-B can obtain in the state of Florida? I have seen many for other states, but can't find any for this area. I of course find classes in specific areas that help you obtain CEUs, but that is about it. If you know of any, please let me know.
