Afternoon everyone, I'm not actually on the job yet... but I did sign the conditional offer of employment for Miami Dade Fire Department. Yesterday I filled out my new hire paper work (W2, W4, fingerprints, etc) and am very excited about hopefully *fingers crossed*, starting their academy on June 10th. I saw this forum and wanted to gain some knowledge and guidance from people already working in the field. My name is Steve by the way. I hope to learn what to do, what not to do and everything in between from the good people of this forum. Looking forward to having spirited conversations with all of you!
